What a week in September, a week of celestial firepower:

Tuesday is the Archangels Feast Day,

Sts Michael, Gabriel and Raphael, bringing protection, messages, and healing-

The Little Flower, St Therese of Lisieux’s Feast Day Thursday, she who said

‘I will spend my heaven doing good on earth’,

and in between, I get to have a birthday!

I’ve been honored to be called ‘an honorary Jew’ by many of my friends, with a birthday falling, as it often does, amidst the Jewish New Year season. Funny, yesterday a non-observant friend said, ‘Shouldn’t you be in Temple?’ I had to explain, ‘I’m a Catholic girl, and a Eucharistic Minister even, but isn’t it all the same? I mean, didn’t Catholics start out as Jews?!’

So may all of our ‘atonement’

Bring us a new at-one-ment!

If you see signs of roses, or miracles…say, unexpected sports or Springsteen tix,

a new job, found money, solutions to structural problems, new love or old friends—

thank our heavenly helpers!

Have you had a feeling you would run into someone? Or sensed there was someone behind you? Call it Football Intelligence (FBI) – a kind of a sixth sense – and it’s all about communication.

Guys usually scoff at words like ‘intuitive’, but not on GameDay. Tune into any great quarterback. It’s as if they have eyes in the back of their heads, the way they sense hits coming from behind. New England’s Tom Brady, for example. Even Greg Gumbel on CBS was waxing poetic last Sunday, ‘What intuitive feeling by Brady to duck the blindside hit…’

You put that kind of radar together with teamwork, a lot of people operating in the same sixth-sense group-mind, and anything is possible…

How do you manage that kind of radar in motion? Just ask the new guy at the helm of the NY Jets, Coach Rex ‘It’s All About Communication’ Ryan.

Call it ‘The Roar of the Jets’- Sunday’s Jets win over the Patriots was a wild example from Ryan’s playbook, of how communication actually affects physical reality. (cuz you can’t get much more physical than football…)

Step One: Create a wall of sound. Call all season ticketholders, ask them to BE LOUD.

Step Two: If communication is about clarity, confuse the quarterback, with both sound and motion, running different patterns.

As the ESPN Radio play-by play guys put it: ‘You want to confuse Tom Brady. If Tom Brady knows what you’re doing, you’re in for a long day…’

And this is what happens: long-suffering Jets fans say, this Jets game is the loudest in 30 years—so loud, the Stadium was shaking…

The Patriots on the field literally can’t hear, forcing them to call at least two time outs leading to delay-of-games. Interviewed later, the Jets figured the wall of sound created by the crowd was worth at least 3-4 of the penalties called against the Patriots.

Over and over, the Jets say, the crowd became the 12th man on the field…

And the Jets frustrate the great Tom Brady to no-touchdowns, giving their new quarterback Mark Sanchez a safe space to settle in and get comfortable, and win16-9,

Communication and teamwork by the crowd, inspired Coach Ryan to give the gameball the CROWD, how wild is that?

And if the Jets’ Ryan is all about communication, New England’s Bill Belichick is typically all about not communicating. When asked the reason for the delays of game,

(like, was it the roar of the Jets’ fans??)Belichik responds ‘We didn’t get the play off in time…’like the old-school tight lipped FBI guy, not gonna get any information here…

(Altho he is said to be notorious for having his people search the Internet for quotes from opponents, and using those words as fuel to inflame his players…)

People say all the time, communication doesn’t matter, it’s what you DO. But as we see, communication is actually the master key to energy.

If Football is about playing the communication game within the pattern.

scoring is about using communication to break free of any pattern. That’s the method we use here, energy and communication.

Football is like life. Football Intelligence always applies, to break free of the old patterns that keep you from reaching the endzone. And always, there’s the 12th man, a kind of invisible power just waiting in the wings. With teamwork and communication, you’ve got a shot, to break the sound barrier, and make the stadium rock!

People are feeling their stuff, and feeling it deeply. But beyond that-‘ Is there something else going on?’ People keep asking me, because I’m tuned in, and have something of a track record on these issues.

‘Is it the change of weather? ‘ – people ask. That’s a very good question. When the earth tilts and the light shifts dramatically in the sky, we would be affected simply because we are in bodies. Our pineal glands, buried deep behind the ‘third eye,’ the seat of wisdom, are reading the light, processing everything, differently.

Then, the carnal mind says, ‘Summer’s gone, and nothing much seems to have changed for the better in the economy, has it?” and it’s natural to feel blue, or worse..black…

I can’t tell you the number of people who’ve shared with me, they’ve been deep in their stuff, whatever it is, since about last Friday.

Friday, interestingly enough, was the Jewish New Year Rosh Hashanah, where the custom is, (and I’m just a Catholic girl with friends of many faiths) to cast your shortcomings into the water and start the year with a clean slate. This leads into the time of atonement in a week, Yom Kippur.

But is there something else going on? One of the visions I was shown about 9/11 is this:

We would all be given the grace to give up our old stuff, our old core issues, once and for all…

We have all made mistakes, and for many of us, in particular, financial mistakes.

We thought things would get better, living in the optimism of better days ahead, when hidden forces were at work. Was that so wrong, to be optimistic? Unfortunately, the thought leads to the great statement of regret:

‘If only I had….

Like putting a pinprick in your balloon, or a nail in your tire, nothing will deflate your energy like ‘If only I had’. I know: my tire just blew out! Isn’t that the way of life?

‘If I knew what would happen, I’d know what to do!’ But, we don’t know. We can never know for sure…that’s part of being human, and creating this world with each other.

So, here is the good news:

‘We are already saved…’

I’ve seen it happen often enough, to give me this deep and abiding faith to share with you. I get it everywhere from the Apostle Paul, to A Course In Miracles. Here’s how it works, in practical reality:

When you believe in a power greater than money, and align your life with the help of a

something greater than yourself, something good, call it God, or Love, or the Organizing Energy, miracles are available. Life can turn on a dime. Suddenly, the rules of ‘the world’ no longer apply. And even when they do, we are always taken care of…

That is the spiritual underpinning, of the practical reality of today:

The only way out is through.

So here’s the game plan for going through:

-Accept where we are today, and our part in it, knowing that it looked like the right thing to do at the time.

-Accept our feelings about it.

-Ask for the courage to do whatever it is you need to do today. Pray, make a list, ask into the air, however seems right to you.

-Then give up worry – and move into ‘action, and still more action’…

-Say what needs to be said.

-Do what needs to be done.

-Give up the outcome, and believe in the promise, that ‘we have already been saved…’.

-And look for the miracle.

The miracle may be a helpful person, place or event, a shift in perception, or the courage to face the music, when you never had that kind of courage before. Or, the miracle may present itself as an energy so unusual, or a stroke of fortune so profound, you know it must come from something bigger than you.

In this world, the only way out is through—but we can get thru it together.

So remember, with each one of us under maximum pressure — remember to be kind.

You never know at whose hands the miracle will occur…

quite possibly, yours, if you are open to believing……

Don’t stop believing.

First, think of it like a snakebite:

It’s just the poison boiling up to be healed.

And, it’s the greatest detox you could ask for. I saw this, tending to my boyfriend—he was so sweet, he said, ‘It’s not safe! Aren’t you afraid of getting sick? And I said, ‘I work at the hospital every week–I’m not afraid of you!’ And I didn’t get sick—for a whole week… (sigh….)

You can look at getting sick as, S*** Happens, which is a valid point of view. But, in my training as a Certified Intuitive Healer, I’ve worked with the energetics of illness.

Two bits of wisdom for you to consider in your own life, adapted from my old teacher at Stillpoint, Meredith Young-Sowers: (www.stillpoint.org)

The lungs are the place where we hold the greatest grief. And the gut is the place where we hold fear, including financial fear, when we are afraid to let go.

Where do you need to let go and be cleared? Grief in your lungs? Fear in your gut? Let go of worry, projecting negatively for the future? Nothing makes you stay in the day more than getting sick, facing that cabin fever in your mind, letting it go and letting healing clear out the pockets of the body where we hold onto the past.

So think of the bug as some retro Pac Man, or Ms Pac Man, a helpful little bug gobbling up the poison of the past, so we can let go and trust the present to carry us into the future, healed, and ready for a brand new day…whatever it brings…

Y’know, you learn a lot about people when they’re sick.

What’s your sick-style?

Do you let other people tend to you in love, or make them stay away? And do you tend to the people you love, even tho you may get sick yourself?

Just a thought- you can’t believe how close you feel to someone who lets you in, even tho they’re sick. It builds a special bond.

The good news is, even if you get sick, we’re all in this, detoxing together!

Think of the world as a great big mirror; we hold it up to each other, and the energy of our thoughts play out across the mirror, or sometimes, the ocean. And today in the waves, how’s this for funny? Just as many of us are feeling this post-9/11 ‘revelation’ this year, that in life, really,

It’s about being happy….

Comes word from across the Atlantic, French President Nicolas Sarkozy is asking world leaders to join a ‘revolution’

SARKOZY WANTS HAPPINESS USED AS ECONOMIC INDICATOR-AP, Paris.

Wow, what?!?! Use happiness, leisure time, freedom from prison, freedom from debt, along with productivity, hours worked, wealth created?

Some ideas are divinely seeded…all we have to do is clear the channel, get out of the way, and have the courage to speak, no matter how crazy it sounds. But don’t you just love the French, for having both the courage and the whimsy to say it, knowing exactly how the grey-suit economists would respond? And this report comes from two Nobel economists!

Delivered beneath one of the world’s most beautiful pastoral paintings at the Sorbonne:

“A great revolution is waiting for us.”

(And don’t the French know about fomenting revolutions, theirs and ours?)

“For years, people said that finance was a formidable creator of wealth, only to discover one day that it accumulated so many risks that the world almost plunged into chaos.”

(And for the people who want to castigate him for being a crazy dreamer, Sarkozy has a John Lennon-esque response: Imagine)

“The crisis doesn’t only make us free to imagine other models, another future, another world. It obliges us to do so,”

AP Business writer Emma Vandore points out that France, known for its leisurely meals, long vacations and labor protections could outshine much of the world on ‘happiness…’

Sarkozy will apparently try to persuade other world leaders to sign on at the G-20 Summit in Pittsburgh…

Now, I’m not saying this is good or bad, but just imagine–

if we had to try to compete with the French, on ways of being happy…

that would be a revolution, wouldn’t it?

We could all eat cake!

Weekend at the beach! Awesome! What I really mean is, awe-inspiring—the 9/11 storm

totally re-worked the NJ shore at Point Pleasant, exposing the bottom that used to be a shallow shelf for body-surfing off-shore, and creating a wall of sand, like an ocean-view arena for spectators, like the cliffs of Cape Cod!

And Tim the cop, surveying the ocean from his red ATV on the beach says,

‘In another month, it’ll all be smoothed out.’

In these parts, summer lingers at least another week beyond Labor Day, and the memory of beautiful and haunting perfect sunny September weather…

So before the weekend, Jimmy the Trader was in the smoke shop, and looked at the headline on the newspaper.

He said to the guy who runs the place,

‘9/11 again? Somehow I didn’t realize.’

The guy replies,

‘9/11? 10/11! The world is coming to an end!’

Jimmy says, ‘What are you talking about?’

And the guy points to another headline on a tabloid-

‘ 10/11 The World Comes to an End!’ Or something like that.

An amusing thought occurs to me, which I think will make you happy too, as

Jimmy is telling the story.

Instead of a perfect sunny 2001 September day, 9/11 happened this year on the rainy grey Friday that re-arranged the beach,. Alot of folks who were here when the Towers fell were surprisingly set back again this year, like the pain broke thru all the years of healing. This break-thru sadness was a phenomenon I took note of, to let people know, to provide comfort, in case they felt unusually set back too. If you felt that way, you’re not alone.

But as I’ve learned thru experience, this is the way of healing—pain is simply the poison boiling up to be released.

And here’s the funny thought that occurs to me:

If the world comes to an end 10/11, then — there’s nothing to worry about!

Imagine that! All your problems—GONE! Poof! No more worries about the state of the economy or making a living, much less the Amex payment, no more worries about family or health or money, because it will all be done! Just like the beach at Point Pleasant, re-made in one day!

That leaves only the question:

Can I enjoy my time today?

Did you have a good summer? Doesn’t matter. Fall can be awesome. Time lost and time past doesn’t matter, we are here now, and healing happens in its own perfect time.

‘To everything a season turn turn turn…’

Sunday, I was going to cheap-out on myself, stay at home, ‘work work work’ to make up for lost time. But Eric, who looks for all the world like a surfer-dude in spite of being born and bred in NJ, says ‘Go to the beach! It may be one of the last nice days…’ So I went.

If I hadn’t gone, I never would have seen the wall of sand, the beach re-made, and been there by happenstance for the annual Offshore Boat Races! All of that noise, and all of that sound -(‘all those places I got found’, to quote Cold Play)

This morning, still glad I went, in spite of the anxious hustle of Monday morning. Somehow I’m not as anxious as Monday. I hear the crickets singing in that cool; dewy September way. Today is another day, and good things could happen today. No matter what President Obama brings, visiting Wall Street to mark Lehman Brothers meltdown a year ago today. Today is a new day.

Neil the Lawyer says, ‘What I came to this year is, I’m not guaranteed tomorrow.

I don’t control anything, but how I spend my time today. So I refuse to waste my time worrying anymore. I’ll take care of what I need to take care of and let it go. I don’t control what happens with it anyway. ’

Imagine all that worry time, freed up!

So today’s about taking care of business. And then, how will I spend my time, to enjoy today?

For me, what this year has come down to, is totally new -maybe it is for you too-

It’s about being happy.

In a tangled romantic situation, a line I remember from a TV show about heroes in hiding,

Smallville, says it all—

‘Sometimes people do things that you don’t expect and you don’t understand—

and sometimes they have a really good reason for it. ‘

There we have the heart of human relations, in its simple beating mystery.

You can spin around in crazy arrhythmia —because anytime you’re living in the beat of—

‘Why do people DO the things they DO? What is he/she thinking?’

you WILL go crazy…because, you can never, ever know…

Or, you can return to yourself, restore your own rhythm, get some business and mind it. While you ponder, get busy, change the focus, and create—

‘more will be revealed’, as the saying goes.

This is the key to relationship/creativity coaching from ChannelTherese.

And meanwhile, you will bring forth something beautiful from yourself.

As the saying goes, living well is the best revenge. Well, living well is an excellent principle, but the motive of revenge, can harden your heart.

The truest, greatest motive for love or money, is self actualization:

becoming the person you were meant to be.

The Gnostic gospels bring a blessing and a warning:

‘If you bring forth what is within you, what is within you will set you free.

If you do not bring forth what is within you, what is within you will destroy you.’

So with this motivation, we turn to business, and learning to say what needs to be said…because the same issues of expression that hold you back in love, will hold you back in business and the creative life.

And it all comes down to value:

I am worthwhile.

I am valuable.

I am worthy.

And you can say it with me, and see what feelings come up in your body when you do:

I am worthwhile.

I am valuable.

I am worthy.

I am a gift to the world.

I am a blessing to the world.

That last one is a little tough to get with, isn’t it?

When I was in training as a Certified Intuitive Healer at Stillpoint, learning new ways to see and feel and heal energy, after many years in the sometimes-brutal New York Broadcast business, all the classes had names. So instead of being say, the class of ’01, we were the ‘Blessings.’ We really had to grow into that. It felt, y’know, embarrassing…not something I could ever say on the air…but…

What if you and I really are a blessing to the world? With a gift to bring?

People say all the time, to deflate your ego,

‘What makes you think you’re so special? You’re not special. Nobody is special.’

As a broadcaster we were commonly told, ‘You’re only as good as your last airshift.’

Hearing that kills your spirit a little bit, doesn’t it?

The ego-deflaters are often cruel to themselves, or disappointed in themselves, or jealous, or have a misguided sense of how to inspire a person to their greatness. Because you have greatness, within you—greatness that will express itself in big or little ways.

We are each of us, unique, with a special gift to bring the world, which only we can bring.

Shakespeare said it—‘But above all else, to thine own self be true.

The world will not be complete, without the part we play. Every part in this passion play is essential to the wholeness of the world, so that means no one part is more, or less, important.

Just like a puzzle, without any one piece, the wholeleness is missing. Doesn’t matter if it’s the castle turret or a piece of the sky, a hole in the wholeness is still a hole, a missing piece, that must be found, before we can all be whole.

We’re here to restore our missing pieces, thru expression. And our little part just might save the world. But first we have to tune in, the find the missing pieces, which will bring about and restore our missing peace. We’re tuning in for inspiration, healing, creativity—and the courage to bring it forth. Because, as A Course In Miracles tells us, ‘My salvation comes from me’—and you are way more powerful than you know.

This is the Daily Channel Method of tuning in:

Who am I, and what do I want?

Say what needs to be said.

And let go of the outcome.

Take the actions you’re inspired to take.

And every day, create: we get to create heaven or hell each day.

And because heaven is within this moment, but we can create hell in our minds,

we have this one simple trick to restore heaven at any given time:

In a jam, pause, breathe, hold the mind steady in the light, and say,

‘God, show me another way of looking at this.’

You don’t even have to know who God is. Just try it as our little experiment, see what happens, and get back to me with your results…

When you begin to live according to the truth inside you, things will change around you. The old structures not based on integrity and truth will begin to crumble; your relationship, your work, your family structure, even the amount of money you make will shift. It could be a painful process, but hang on—the life you want is just beyond. You are building a palace beyond the shambles.

How do you replace what is falling away? Surround yourself with people who love and respect you. Leave the places where they don’t love and respect you. You will be able to feel it, now that you’ve learned to discern and tune into feelings and emotions. There is plenty of good energy in the world. Your job is to find it, and to protect yourself against the whirling dervishes who would unload their madness on you..

You may now be given a choice—you may be presented with the exact same old situation with new people, or the old people and situations may come back, changed by one or two degrees. Your job is to hold steady and hold on to the new values. Don’t worry, you are not stuck in an endless repeating cycle—this is just the question, ‘Are you sure you want change? Because you can have whatever you want’. So hold steady, don’t fall back, and what is not in integrity will fall away. It may feel like the same old place, but it’s not. The ancient Greeks saw life as an ascending spiral. When you feel like you’re back in the same old spot, you actually are seeing it from a higher perspective.

You may have to put a hold on relationships, or scale back your economic desires for awhile, and you may be lonely at times, but you will never want for anything. The money you have is there to take care of you now. You can make more money later, so don’t worry about keeping up with your old economic status for now. That will fall into place when you find your rightful place. You may make more money than you ever dreamed later, or you will find abundance in ways that you never discovered before. And it will be good practice, to see how much stuff you really don’t need,now that you’re not caught up in the trappings of the old life, and how the Universe, ‘(the Lord) works in mysterious ways, his wonders to provide.’ It will be good practice and give you great strength to see that you can live thru the fear of economic insecurity. Because, think of all the things you used to do to compromise yourself, your health, your happiness, just to make or hang onto money. We don’t have to live that way anymore. And—remember to be thankful for what you do have, because a thankful heart can change your attitude for a whole day. You can be thankful that the job, relationship, didn’t kill you while you were still in bondage!

Now is the time to focus on what you want, not on what you don’t want. Is there work, or a company, that holds up to your vision and your values? Or, can you create that company with like-minded people? In the meantime, is there interesting work you can do to make money where people are passing thru—look for the places that addictions run rampant—in stores, casinos, restaurants, or places where people gather or travel. Again, don’t worry, people won’t look funny at you and say how far you’ve fallen. Quite the contrary—when I left the airwaves, and worried that people would think I’d really lost it, I found out they really thought what an interesting, freedom-filled life I had.

This change is God’s way of getting you back into the flow of a different kind of life, meeting new people in new situations, getting new eyes on the world, and giving you a new kind of humility. Humility does not mean humiliation. It means understanding your right place in the world. You may need work where you can see the world go by for awhile, to see how you fit into it, and to see reflected back, how special you really are.

And perhaps, how badly you were treated, when you lived just to make money. You will gravitate to your right place. Just don’t get stuck at home, and on the reverse, don’t do anything that makes you feel ‘less than’. Besides, as a famous friend once told me, upon my suffering complete career humiliation, ‘It’s good to be humbled. It gives people sympathy for you. It lets people love you.’ You will be surprised, where your support comes from.

It’s not easy in this world, to live according to values. But that’s no excuse for not doing it. In your heart you know what’s right. Act on it, and you will be protected and taken care of, always.

An illustrative story from the life of Marilyn Monroe, recounted in ‘The Last Days of Marilyn Monroe’:

“ ‘You’re going to be a great star’ Hyde said. ’I know. Many years ago I discovered a girl like you and brought her to Metro—Lana Turner. You’re better. You’ll go farther. You’ve got more!’

‘Then why can’t I get a job?’ Marilyn asked. ‘Just to make enough to eat on.’

‘It’s hard for a star to get an eating job,’ Johnny said. ‘A star is only good as a star. You don’t fit into anything less.’ “

You are destined to do something truly wonderful with your life. We all are. We came here on a great mission. In the eyes of the world, it may be big, it may be small, but it’s big and wonderful to you. Your life’s mission may be to learn to speak up in the face of injustice—or your life’s mission may be to be a painter, or president of the United States, a writer of real-to-life fiction, a builder who makes people dreams brick by brick, or the most inspirational teacher your kids will ever know. Only your soul knows what you came here to do, and your soul is guiding you to a blaze of glory. Destiny will open the doors on time, like clockwork, and all you have to do is be present in the moments of your life, so you will be prepared to walk thru when the opportunity presents itself. Your life begins anew every day. Just don’t be deterred by the voices of fear down the hall, saying ‘don’t you dare walk thru that door.’ Even past ‘mistakes’ and ‘failures’ only serve to deliver you to this moment.

False humility will get you nowhere. Literally. Humbling yourself beneath what you came here to do does neither the world nor you any favors. Maybe you haven’t succeeded yet, not because you haven’t ‘humbled yourself enough’ yet, but because you haven’t dreamed BIG enough yet. Reach for the stars. Forget the ‘eating’ job. You will eat.

If it is truly the case that you are here to do something wonderful, you may ask, why am I struggling?

Because as Daryl Kojak, musician and arranger is fond of saying,

‘If making a record were easy, everybody would have one!’

You came here to do something in your life. Perhaps you’ve known since you were a child, that you were to do something really, really big. You ask yourself, if that’s the case, why haven’t I done it yet? Because, maybe the future you felt, that you saw, is still in the future. Maybe you haven’t met the right people yet, picked up the right book, lived thru the necessary learning experiences, accessed all the right combinations to bring that fortune into fruition. Maybe it hasn’t happened—yet. But it’s coming—as long as you keep on believing, and don’t ever give up.

I ask people, ‘What is the thing you have known since a child that you came here to do?’ And they always, always have an answer. It’s usually something along the lines of, ‘I don’t know exactly what it is, but I’m here to help people in some way that has to do with….’and with further questioning, you find out, they DO know exactly what it is..just not what it looks like.

How do you follow your greatness, when you don’t know the way? When you don’t know what it looks like? Here we reach the principles of manifestation in the energy world—you may not know what it looks like, but you know what it feels like. It involves doing something that you love to do. Think about what those things are, the things people say you’re good at, that make you happy. Put yourself in that feeling for a moment,. Now, again, how do you follow your greatness, when you don’t know the way? You follow those things that make you feel wonderful to do.

Some practices will have you to visualize exactly what you want, and they’ll have you create a ‘wheel of fortune’, a montage of pictures. Yes, seeing that wheel is powerful, it impresses the subconscious with the desires you’re striving for. But what if you don’t know the whole picture? None of us ever really does. As much as we think we know, nobody gets to know what happens in the future, until, surprise! Visualization is beautiful, but action is the key. You may have a feeling you’re going to the White House—but years before, you don’t know if you’re going to be the President, the first Spouse, or the Press Secretary. This is where action is key: you won’t get anywhere unless you hang around the political process or political people, or spend time doing whatever you love, that will attract those people to your skills. If the thought of being with that kind of people makes your heart sink, maybe it’s not for you.

There’s a saying of encouragement we’ve all heard, ‘Take heart.’

There’s another saying, “Follow your heart.’

The feelings of your heart, your body, the truth inside, are the surest guides on your path.

Your feelings are like Hansel and Gretel’s breadcrumbs on the path.

What makes us feel happy, light, and free is right for us.

What makes us feel sick, heavy, and negative is not.

Take the feel test. Think of the most negative person or work environment you know. How do you feel when you’re around them?

Early in recovery, I was told, ‘Surround yourself with people who love and respect you.’

And, ‘Stick with the winners.’ This is good advice in life, and in business. You don’t need scientific instruments to judge positive energy. You have a built in receptor.

You know who these people are. You feel good around them—unless, you’re caught in the vortex of the negative ego. And then, no matter how otherwise good it feels, no matter what other ego boost it gives you, you will feel slightly sick about it, slightly less-than, sucking up, unnaturally nervous, or not good enough. There’s a positive ego, who helps us to survive and succeed in the world. And there’s a negative ego, whose greatest tool is fear and doubt. The negative ego takes on many guises. We are learning to feel our way thru discernment.
